tell him if he really wants to hang out with you them it needs to be in a group setting like you and he with other friends. or at the mall or maybe dennys. that way you can get to know him and find out what he expects from you.

Good question, well I'm 22 and I was 16 once and had a girlfriend of 15. We dated forever before we finally took it to the next level. Its good to wait that long. If you want to hang out with him and can trust yourself that you won't let him try anything, then go ahead, you'll see his intentions within the first hour or so.
