I'm thinking about switching my graduate major or transferring to another school. Any advice?

I'm currently working on my Communications MA with a concentration in advertising. I don't particularly like the school, and after about a year in, I don't feel like i've learned a thing. I'm thinking about transferring into an MBA program at a different school. Communications/advertising is something i'm interested in, but i'm one of those people who just isn't sure what they want to do, i'm not set on any specific career just yet. Will getting my MBA instead benefit me better in the long run?I'm thinking about switching my graduate major or transferring to another school. Any advice?
An MBA is generally a more flexible degree. And some MBA programs offer concentrations in communications and media management, which may be of interest to you. Fordham, for example, and NYU, both do.

If you do decide to make a change, make sure that the MBA program you pick is AACSB accredited. This is important. A lot of employers won't hire people out of programs that aren't AACSB accredited.
