Please i need some advice about UTI?

i believe my son has a Urinary Track Infection(UTI) this last few day i`ved seen my son penis relising a pus. his only 2 years old please i need some professional advice regarding this matter, thank you.Please i need some advice about UTI?
yes its UTI for sure, you should take him to the urologist right now. if not his temperature can rise. UTI in kids can be due to many reason, have you ever watched him peeing?is the flow correct or he just drips? u should have a look before you approach a doc, so that u could explain him. give him barley water or oats (more diluted) which is good for uti.Please i need some advice about UTI?
He needs to be treated with an antibiotic, they can also give him a medication that will relieve him of any discomfort. Get him some help, home remedies, such as cranberry juice can be effective, but they take awhile and your baby is in pain.





P.S. UTI's do not generally cause them to secrete pus, get it checked out it may be more serious

Well, I work in a pharmacy. Generally females are more likely to get UTI's. If it is indeed a UTI, he needs antibiotics. Adults generally take cranberry pills to help it, but I've never seen a UTI where discharge is involved. usually the person feels like they need to urinate often and they have abdominal or back pain. UTI's can spread to the kidneys fairly quickly if not treated quickly. If your son is allergic to penicillin, he can take erithromycin for the infection. Make sure he urinates often, drinks fluids, and if he develops a fever or back pain, take him to the doctor right away. Hope he feels better!
