Is there anyone out there that can offer me some advice about my patent/invention?

i gave this company 700 $$ to help me get started with my invention they sent me a pretty nice diagram of it etc.. then they said in order to get it off the ground itll cost me 21,000$. i got pissed and hung up on them. now im afraid they might steal my idea. dont know who to talk to about this please please help if you can. thanksIs there anyone out there that can offer me some advice about my patent/invention?
First, file a complaint against the company with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. see http://www.uspto.gov/web/forms/2048.pdf

Next, collect all of your materials, including copies of the materials you sent to/received from the invention company, and find a registered patent attorney to advise you.

I wouldn't worry much about the company stealing your idea. They make their money by extracting $700 - $21,000 from solo inventors and aren't geared up to do more than push paper. However, they can compromise your ability to obtain patent protection in other ways, so do consult with a registered patent attorney. You can find one near you with this link: http://des.uspto.gov/OEDCI/GeoRegion.jsp

Good luck.Is there anyone out there that can offer me some advice about my patent/invention?
Hold on to whatever correspondence you have generated and preserve these carefully. Also, send them a registered document (a letter) explaining when you had contacted them and when you have your diagram about your invention, etc. and implore them that it is your intellectual property and any infringement will attract libel, etc. Good luck.
talk to someone at a university about it. I dont know who but i know they can help you
Don't know where you live . . . but look for a patent attorney.
hello, you have been very stupid I think
look it up on the internet, you know more reliable sources, not a place where a seventeen year old can just make fun of you ya'know

the temptation is strong to do so
