I really wanna start exercising so I can have a sculpted body... I've got the type of figure (female) that can get in and out of shape really quickly and wondered what the best exercises were to develop a really good curvacious feminine body?
I'm a 36dd - 32 - 38 at the moment but I'd love to have a more defined waistline and arm definition.
Not muscular though ewww!

i recommend a 7 minute ab work out:
30 seconds for each excercise:
-hip rocks, lay on your back with your legs in a diamond position and contract your abs so that you rock your hips off the ground
-leg lifts, put your hands under your butt and lift your legs up and then down about 6 inches from the ground
-bicycle, lay on your back and pull one leg and opposite arm together so that your elbow touches your knee, alternate arm to leg
-iso crunch, do a crunch and hold it for 5 seconds then go down, get your shoulders off the ground
-right iso crunch, same but hold the crunch to your right side both shoulders off the ground
-left iso crunch, same but hold the crunch to your left side, shoulders off the ground
-full body crunch, extend your legs while moving your arms to the side of your head, then curl in your legs and place your arms by your curled legs
repeat these excercises twice for a full seven minutes to tone and shape abs
also do lunges to shape your butt, squats, and stand on stairs and go up to your tip toes repeatedly to tone your calves, butt, and thighs

they're pretty easy to do and i have a lean and pretty curvy body
