I wanna advice about weightlifting exercises?
i have 2 4 kilos Pieces for my arms but i dunno what left should i do in the dayI wanna advice about weightlifting exercises?
You can do bi-cep curls, overhead arm raises, one arm rows, arm-extensions, etc. Good luck!
